Giannis Mountzios: Does Tarlatamab Provide Long Term Benefit to Responding Patients?

Giannis Mountzios, Director of 4th Oncology Department and Clinical Trials Unit at Henry Dunant Hospital Center, shared on X:

“Does Tarlatamab provide long term benefit to responding patients?

The answer is Yes!

Extended F-UP of the Dellphi-304 trial shows that after 22m of F-UP Landmark 2-year OS was 30% vs 15% and sustained disease control in 24% of patients at > 52 weeks.

We need to investigate the characteristics of those patients to understand how we can improve the outcomes of the 70% of patients who do not make it to two years.”
