“Applications are open for ESO’s Refresher Course on Breast Cancer in Malta, 10-12 February 2027.
Breast cancer care changes as new evidence emerges.
A Refresher Course gives professionals who already work in oncology time to step back from daily practice, examine recent developments in one cancer type and discuss what they mean for the decisions they make with patients.
This course brings together medical, surgical and radiation oncologists, radiologists, pathologists and other specialists involved in breast cancer care.
They’ll look at advances in imaging, molecular profiling, surgery, systemic treatments and radiotherapy.
Clinical cases and multidisciplinary tumour boards will give participants the chance to compare approaches and work through decisions as a team, including questions where the best course of action is still debated.
