“As we build momentum toward World Cancer Day on 4 February, it’s exciting to spotlight how the Europe’s Beating Cancer Plan is transforming cancer care across the continent.
One standout example is INTERACT EUROPE 100 — a Europe-wide initiative co-funded under the EU4Health programme that is bringing inter-specialty cancer training to over 100 cancer centres.
This project brings together oncologists, surgeons, nurses, and allied professionals to train as one, integrating their expertise to deliver more holistic patient care.
By breaking down silos between specialties and strengthening collaboration, INTERACT-EUROPE 100 is helping ensure that education meets real-world needs and ultimately improves outcomes for patients across Europe.”
