Dana Ashkenazi Lustig, Pediatric Oncology and Hematology Senior Physician at Rambam Health Care Campus, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Today I had the honor to represent my profession as a pediatric hematologist and oncologist and teach at the European Core Knowledge in Paediatrics Course (CKP).
Mentored by my colleague and friend Jelena Lazic and accompanied by my co-lecturer Evangelia Antoniou we represented SIOP Europe (SIOPE) and explored two important clinical challenges in pediatrics: approaching white blood cell (WBC) disorders from a benign hematological perspective, and evaluating a pediatric abdominal mass from an oncological point of view.
Teaching fellow pediatricians and sharing knowledge across borders is both a privilege and a responsibility. I am proud to be part of an educational initiative that helps shape the knowledge and clinical confidence of the next generation of pediatricians.”
