“Important study on SLNB for pts with palp ax adenopathy: N= 78 upfront surgery with cT1-2cN1 HR+HER2− breast cancer, <=3 abnormal lymph nodes on Ax US, 69% pN+ and were able to avoid ALND, no isolated axillary recurrences median f/u 25 months (n = 68).”
