Many thanks to all the guideline committee members for the hard work and expertise, but special thanks to Dr. Kari Bohlke, senior ASCO staff with expertise in evidence synthesis and my co-chair Dr. Tessa Cigler.
I’m proud of this committee which includes patient advocates, and experts with expertise across disciplines – oncology, hematology, infectious disease, and pharmacy. Our members are also from different career stages and geographic regions.”
