Benjamin Abdili, Managing Director at Servier Ukraine, shared on LinkedIn:
“Last week in Kyiv, we had the privilege to welcome Patrick Therasse, General Delegate of the Servier Charity Fund, for a series of field visits dedicated to initiatives supporting patients, healthcare professionals and communities across Ukraine. During the visits, we met partners, visited healthcare institutions and exchanged with organizations working every day to strengthen healthcare access and resilience in a challenging environment.
The agenda included visits to the National Cancer Institute, Okhmatdyt, Medvyn, Chernihiv and Bohdanivka, as well as discussions with key stakeholders and partners.
What struck me most during these visits was the determination of the people we met and the tangible impact that can be achieved when organizations, institutions and local communities work together toward a common purpose.
At Servier, we believe our responsibility goes beyond delivering medicines. We also have a role to play in supporting healthcare ecosystems, fostering solidarity and contributing to long-term solutions where patient needs are greatest.
I would like to sincerely thank Patrick Therasse, the Mecenat Servier Charity Fund, our Partners and all those we met during these three days for their commitment and inspiring daily work.
I am also incredibly proud of the Servier Ukraine Team for making these visits possible and for embodying, every day, our company’s commitment to serving patients and Ukraine. In a world facing many uncertainties, one thing remains clear: meaningful progress is always built through partnership, trust and shared commitment.”
