Annalice Gandini, Research fellow at Centre de Recherche des Cordeliers and Hospital Georges Pompidou, shared OncoDaily’s post on LinkedIn, adding:
“Very happy to launch YOGI-EU together with an amazing group of young GI oncologists across Europe!
We feel that in several European countries there are already really nice communities of young oncologists growing locally. We realized that something similar at the European level was still missing; mostly to make it easier to meet, exchange ideas, and build collaborations between young GI oncologists across different countries.
We’ll try to start being active already during the next ASCO Congress, so if you have ongoing projects, interesting data, ideas, or simply want to meet, feel free to reach out.
The idea is simply to create useful connections between young GI oncologists across Europe, facilitate collaborations, and support personal and professional growth.”
Quoting OncoDaily’s post:
“We’re excited to launch YOGI-EU! Young Oncologists in GI, Europe.
A new OncoDaily-supported community bringing together young and enthusiastic oncologists in gastrointestinal oncology across Europe.
Led by Dr. Annalice Gandini, YOGI-EU is built to:
- Connect young GI oncologists
- Collaborate on projects and research
- Share GI oncology updates and insights
- Build the next generation of GI oncology in Europe
And we’re starting with action.
Episode 1 of GI News by YOGI-EU is live!
Hosted by Dr. Gandini, the monthly series brings short, focused updates on the latest in GI oncology.
This is just the beginning.
Connect. Collaborate. Share. Build.
This is YOGI-EU. This is GI oncology coming together.”
