The Max Foundation is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager based in out our Africa and Middle East region. This role will provide strong technical project management across Max’s MandE and evidence-generation portfolio, ensuring that complex projects are well organized, timely, accurate, and aligned with organizational priorities.

The role will also help develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, deliverables, submissions, consultants, vendors, and cross-functional workstreams and will also include technical contributions to project design, data analysis and visualization, technical writing, proposal development, and synthesis of findings for diverse audiences.
