“True EMD remains the Achilles’ heel of IMTX in MM — profound biologic resistance, low response rates, and short PFS despite our best TCEs and CAR-T. Until we solve this phenotype, IMTX has a ceiling.

  1. Teclistamab in RRMM (n=385; 13 centers)
  2. Soft-tissue groups: 28% true-EMD, 9% PSK, 63% No-STP
  3. ORR: 38% EMD, 54% PSK, 62% No-STP; PFS: 1.4 vs 6.5 vs 9.0 mo
  4. OS: 9.5 mo EMD, 13.1 mo PSK, NR No-STP; true-EMD independently poorest outcomes.”
