“C4 Outreach: First Ladies Collaboration Catalyst – How First Ladies Can Be Supported to Mobilize Global Action for Health and Human Development.”

Summit Scope and Key Program Pillars
Organized under the Harvard/MIT summit platform, the four-day meeting connects international experts to tackle oncology’s most pressing challenges through an AI-powered ecosystem:
- AI and The C4 Platform: At the center of the summit is the Comprehensive Cancer/Care Center in the Cloud (C4), an AI-powered platform designed to link care, advocacy/outreach, research, and education globally.
- Sustainable Financing and Policy: Dedicated sessions focus on creating sustainable global cancer financing models and translating WHO resolutions into actionable regional healthcare programs.
- Workforce and Quantum Medicine: Addressing the global oncology workforce crisis, the launch of the Global Oncology University AI Professor Training Program, and exploring quantum science and quantum AI applications in imaging and decision-making.
- Broad Community Engagement: Bringing together diaspora networks, faith-based communities, and youth advocates to deliver whole-person care and health education.
A Four-Day Interactive Agenda
- Day 1 (Sept 18, Mass General Hospital): Opening ceremony, C4 platform demonstration, and fireside session on AI in oncology.
- Day 2 (Sept 19, Mass General Hospital): C4 Care town hall, the First Ladies Collaboration Catalyst, and plans for the Global Health Catalyst Forum in Gabon.
- Day 3 (Sept 20): Global financing frameworks, diaspora health initiatives, and faith-based community outreach.
- Day 4 (Sept 21, Wyss Institute at Harvard): Research breakthroughs, ARPA-H project spotlights, quantum medicine, workforce training, and “The Road to Libreville 2027”.
