In resource-limited settings, childhood cancer is often missed or diagnosed too late due to limited healthcare access, lack of awareness, and challenges in reaching the right care.
Globally, only 44% of children with cancer are correctly diagnosed, leaving many children without the opportunity for timely treatment and support.
Every child deserves the chance to be diagnosed early, receive appropriate care, and have the best possible chance at survival.
Improving childhood cancer outcomes begins with recognizing the signs, strengthening healthcare systems, and ensuring that no child is left undiagnosed.”
