“Celebrating Resilience: Honouring Our Brave Cancer Patients and Survivors on 2nd Anniversary
What a remarkable day to mark the 2nd year anniversary of the resilience, courage, empowerment, and leadership shown by our brave patients and survivors under the umbrella of ‘K/Pa/Ho/M/M/College Cancer Patients Association’. They have been beacons of hope and inspiration for many new cancer patients on their journeys.
I was surprised to learn that one of our members is still alive after completing treatment for breast cancer 17 years ago, which is almost double my career as an oncologist!
The past two years have shown us how cancer patients can also be caregivers, shaping our cancer care delivery!
Their success is our strength and courage, and their perseverance is our demonstration that we can cure cancer!
I extend my best wishes for a long, happy, and healthy life to our courageous patients and look forward to a bright future together!”
