Key statistical trends in adolescents and young adults with brain tumors – NCI

National Cancer Institute (NCI) shared a post on LinkedIn:

“There are roughly 110 million adolescents and young adults (AYAs) between the ages of 15 and 39 years old in the US. Of those, about 208,620 are living with a primary brain or spinal cord tumor.

This new report highlights key statistical trends in adolescents and young adults with brain tumors. It also reveals critical information that will help providers and researchers understand the unique needs of these patients.”
