“Sobering stats from today’s ‘A Woman’s Worth’ Symposium at the University of Arizona from Dr. Mary Rigdon:
To close the gender wage gap that exists today, it will take
24 years for Asian women,
44 years for White women,
100 years for Black women,
204 years for Hispanic women.
Change has to happen.”
