“Poll for the oncology Xeeple (clinicians only plz)!
A therapy with high chance of benefit and low risk of harm can be justified by weaker evidence than high chance of benefit and high risk of harm.
(Ex. Chemotherapy needs RCT but massage ok with observational).”
