Patrick Hwu highlights major construction milestones at Moffitt Cancer Center’s Speros FL Campus

“Yesterday marked two major milestones at Moffitt Cancer Center‘s Speros FL campus — the successful cyclotron lift and the construction topping out of our Discovery and Innovation Center.
These moments represent more than just steel and infrastructure; they are a symbol of progress in our relentless pursuit of innovation, collaboration and hope. From groundbreaking research to advanced treatment capabilities, this new campus will drive the future of cancer care.

Moffitt Cancer Center achieved two key construction milestones at its Speros FL campus: lifting the cyclotron into place and topping out its Discovery and Innovation Center.
According to CEO Patrick Hwu, these advances mark significant progress toward expanding research and treatment capacity in the region.
