Jill Feldman: A person may be done with cancer, but cancer is never done with them
Jill Feldman, Co-Founder of EGFR Resisters and Lung Cancer Patient and Advocate, shared a post on X about an editorial she co-authored with colleagues published in Interdisciplinary CardioVascular and Thoracic Surgery:
“A person may be done with cancer, but cancer is never done with them. It is time for a paradigm shift where palliative care is not seen as end-of-life care but as an integral part of care throughout the cancer care continuum.
It was an honor to co-author this critical editorial with Cecilia Pompili, Jonathan Koffman, and Shani Shilo.”
“Patient-centered supportive roadmap: patients and caregivers need to drive their care”
