we still don’t use Physical Exercise in cancer patients in an optimal way.”

“Exercise improves quality of life for Prostate Cancer patients. This systematic review shows combined resistance and aerobic training reduce fatigue, enhance mental and sexual health, and boost fitness. Resistance training also improves body composition.”
