LCSM pCR 20% vs 4.6% 3 years OS 73% vs 61% (HR 0.73) favors neoadjuvant Ipilimumab plus Nivolumab.

  • Increased ctDNA clearance in the chemotherapy arm.
  • Increased survival in inflamed phenotype.”
