Phase 1 Study Insights:
Safety: Grade 3 adverse events in 36% of patients, including CRS
Efficacy: Robust T cell responses in 71% of patients, Durable effects lasting up to 23 months
Combination Potential: Paired with atezolizumab, it shows significant promise in pretreated advanced solid tumors.
This innovative approach leverages tumor-specific mutations to stimulate a targeted and durable immune response, making it a potential way to move forward in cancer immunotherapy.”
