A predictive model for therapy failure in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia receiving tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy.
Therapy failure defined as: loss of responses including CHR, CCyR, or MMR; or transformation to advanced phase.
Additional CG abnormalities, predictive of high rates of therapy failure with imatinib and 2nd gen TKI.”
