“Breast Cancer Awareness Month, observed every October, is dedicated to raising awareness, encouraging early detection, and providing support for those affected by the disease. Together, we can work towards a future where breast cancer is detected early and treated effectively. Dr Arun Shahi our physician partner from Patan Hospital, Nepal, shares his insights on breast cancer detection and treatment. The Max Foundation, through its Max Access Solutions program, offers two drugs for breast cancer treatment in Nepal.”
