“Just out: mSMART Updated guidelines for newly diagnosed myeloma.
Main Change: We recommend quadruplets as initial therapy for all newly diagnosed patients who are not frail. Update based on IMROZ, CEPHEUS, and BENEFIT RCT data.
We are discussing anti-CD 38 based maintenance and updates may follow in the next few months. Stay tuned. All are guidelines are available here.

All our guidelines are available for download as both PDF and PowerPoint. Free to use with attribution and without modification.
The website also has current guidelines for CART therapy, bispecifics, Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia, and AL amyloidosis.”
