“What an incredible 5 days at the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) annual meeting in Washington DC!!

It was an honor to participate in 4 sessions and speak on topics ranging from ablative radiotherapy for pancreas cancer to online adaptive radiotherapy to single fraction SABR.

We are making huge advances in these domains with tangible evidence of clinically meaningful benefits for our patients.

I had a blast seeing my IJROBP The Red Journal editorial family and discussing ways to bring the journal to even greater heights while continuing to publish the most impactful studies in our field.

There is also something so reinvigorating to reconnect with brilliant friends and colleagues from across the world in person. You cannot get this from attending a meeting virtually!
