Denis Lacombe serves as the Director General of the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC). In this role, he coordinates and oversees all EORTC activities to establish the organization as a leading entity in cancer clinical and translational research in Europe.
He is responsible for organizing scientific initiatives, managing public relations, and developing medium-term strategies set by the EORTC Board. Additionally, he handles both internal and external communications.
