TIP60 and chemoresistance in cancer cells exposed to DNA damaging agent
Andrew Deans, Associate Director at St Vincent’s Institute of Medical Research, shared a paper by Hengxing Chen, et al. on X:
“TIP60 acts as an ATM-dependent lysine lactylation transferase.
NBS1 lactylation at K388 on the NBS1-MRE11 interaction interface promotes DNA repair and chemoresistance in cancer cells exposed to DNA damaging agents.”
