”Please listen to this mother whose child was diagnosed with cancer and currently receives treatment at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital in Malawi.

She explains that it was heartbreaking hearing the news that her child has cancer but that she felt relieved when he received appropriate treatment at the hospital, and that he is doing better now.

In addition to the worry, and having a sick child, the disease has badly impacted the family’s finances as they have been spending a lot of money on transport to the hospital and other needs for the child.”
