Pedro Barata, Miggo Family Endowment Chair in Clinical Research at University Hospitals, shared Tom Hulsey’s post on LinkedIn, adding:

“Thank you Tom Hulsey for joining us for this annual event!

We keep building our GU community in Cleveland.”

Tom Hulsey, Patient Advocate at American Urological Association Clinical Trials Collective (AUACTC), shared:

“I’m truly grateful to have participated in the 3rd Annual Cleveland Genitourinary Medical Oncology Consortium Meeting.

It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with people from across clinical care, research, industry, education, and patient support – all united by a shared commitment to improving outcomes for patients.

The evening included insightful discussions focused on key areas of genitourinary oncology, including kidney, bladder, and prostate cancers.

The meeting took place at Huntington Bank Field, home of the Cleveland Browns, and was hosted by University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center and Cleveland Clinic Cancer Center.

A heartfelt thank-you to Pedro C Barata for including me and giving me the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful experience.

I left the meeting energized by the conversations and reminded that meaningful progress in genitourinary oncology is driven by collaboration across every part of the patient-care community.”
