Delivering palliative care through primary health care (PHC) systems offers a practical, equitable and scalable solution – supported by basic training, essential medicines and community-based models.
A key focus is understanding and overcoming global barriers to palliative care. Panellists will describe how countries are overcoming these barriers, with practical strategies and policy tools that can be adapted in low-resource settings.
