ESMO Introduces 34 Social Media Ambassadors for ESMO Congress 2026

The European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) has introduced its Social Media Ambassadors for ESMO Congress 2026, bringing together 34 oncology experts from around the world to help bring the scientific conversation from the congress to the wider global oncology community.

The ambassadors will follow and discuss developments presented during ESMO Congress 2026, sharing expert perspectives, scientific highlights and key takeaways across social media under #ESMO26 and #ESMOAmbassadors.

Their expertise spans many of the areas expected to shape discussions at this year’s congress, including breast, lung, gastrointestinal, genitourinary and gynaecological cancers, melanoma and sarcoma, as well as immunotherapy, cell therapy, precision oncology, molecular pathology, artificial intelligence, early drug development and global oncology.

By bringing these perspectives together, the ESMO Ambassadors initiative offers another way for oncologists, researchers and the wider cancer community to navigate the large volume of research presented during the congress and follow discussions within the areas most relevant to their work.
