“ESMO26 | postMONARCH – Final OS
After progression on CDK4/6i + ET, median OS with abemaciclib + fulvestrant was 32.1 vs 24.6 months, but statistical significance was not reached (HR 0.80; 95% CI 0.60–1.06; p=0.11).
The 7.5-month difference in median OS is noteworthy, but these results do not make this combination a preferred second-line option for me, given the availability of biomarker-directed therapies.”
