Yakup Ergün: L858R and TP53 Mutations May Influence Osimertinib Outcomes

Yakup Ergün, Medical Oncologist at Bower Hospital, shared on X:

”In a retrospective analysis of 606 patients with EGFR-mutant NSCLC receiving 1L osimertinib, both L858R and TP53 co-mutations were associated with worse outcomes, with the poorest outcomes observed in patients with L858R + TP53 co-mutations.

This may be considered when selecting combination strategies.”
