Pembrolizumab +/- chemotherapy in PDL1 high NSCLC. Enrolled 321 pts in 3y at 28 sites. Pembro-chemo PFS 16.1 vs 6.9m (HR 0.56), better across strata. OS 50.2 vs 29.9m (HR 0.77, ns) – not powered for OS.”
