My session – ‘Scaling Innovation: Delivering Targeted Therapies, CAR-T and Bispecifics in Multiple Myeloma‘- is about a question I think about constantly in clinic: we now have remarkable tools for myeloma, but how do we actually deliver them at scale, safely, and to the patients who need them most?
After anti-CD38 antibodies, CAR-T, and bispecific antibodies have changed what’s possible for our patients.
The next challenge is operational as much as scientific – access, referral timing, toxicity management, and building the infrastructure to bring these therapies to more communities.
