“HARMONi-GI1 – phase 3 study, ivonescimab, a PD-1/VEGF bispecific antibody, plus cis/gem versus durvalumab plus cis/gem as first-line treatment for advanced BTC.
Results:
- Median OS was significantly improved with ivonescimab plus chemo vs durvalumab plus chemo (14.9 vs. 12.1 months; HR 0.75, P = 0.0031).
- Median PFS was 8.4 vs. 5.8 months (HR 0.61, P <0.0001).
- The ORR was 53.8 % vs. 32.5 % (P <0.0001).”
