Olli Lohi: All-Oral Revumenib, Decitabine, and Venetoclax Combination in AML

Olli Lohi, Professor of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology at Tampere University, shared on X:

Phase I/II SAVE trial: an all-oral combination of revumenib + decitabine/cedazuridine + venetoclax in 42 patients with relapsed/refractory AML achieved an 88% overall response rate and 71% CRc. Patients included KMT2A-rearranged (40%), NPM1-mutant (38%), and NUP98-rearranged (21%) AML. MRD negativity was achieved in 80% of patients reaching CR/CRh. Super-promising combo․”
