“The response rates are close. The durability is not
OptiTROP-Lung06: first-line, PD-L1-negative, EGFR/ALK-negative non squamous NSCLC.
Sac-TMT + pembrolizumab vs chemotherapy + pembrolizumab:
- Primary BICR-PFS: 15.0 vs 5.7 months; HR 0.49; P<0.0001
- ORR: 50.2% vs 47.3%
- Median response duration: 13.6 vs 6.8 months
- Grade ≥3 TEAEs: 47.6% vs 60.6%
OS is immature, and median follow-up is only 9.7 months. Could replacing conventional chemotherapy with a TROP2 ADC improve the durability of first-line disease control? Longer follow-up will be crucial.”
