Ixazomib/Pom/dex regimen for TCE shows ORR of 58% (22% VGPR or better); TCR patients had 46% ORR vs. 68% for non-TCR; median PFS 8.1 (95% CI 3.9-12.3) months and median overall survival was 30.4 (95% CI 21.5-39.4) months.”
