Analysis of ASCT and AL amyloidosis at Mayo (2010-2024) finds a decrease in utilization; recent transplants mainly in patients with suboptimal responses, relapsed/refractory disease, lymphoplasmacytic clones or high BM PCs (MM phenotype).”
