Robert Orlowski, Florence Maude Thomas Cancer Research Professor at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, shared a post on X:
“Myeloma Paper of the Day: Large-scale dependency and drug screens characterize the therapeutic vulnerabilities of myeloma with 1q, including synergy between MCL1 and PI3K inhibitors, possibly enabling their use at lower doses with less toxicity.”
