“ESMO 2026: ACTICCA-1
Can adj GemCis improve outcomes after curative-intent resection of BTC?
Key results:
- 2-year DFS: 52% vs 44% (HR 0.82; p=0.058)
- DFS: 23.3 vs 20.6 OS: 58.1 vs 48.2 (HR 0.82; p=0.103) Neither DFS nor
- OS reached statistical significance.
Take ACTICCA-1 addresses unmet need for better adj therapy in BTC, but does not establish GemCis as superior to cape.
Search for more effective adj strategies continues, including peri-op IO approaches.”
