- Docetaxel population, n=710: OS HR 0.68, median 6.2 vs 4.4 years, 7-year OS 45.7% vs 30.7%
- OS HR was 0.75 at the 2022 analysis, so the effect grew with follow-up
- 86% of controls got an ARPI after progression. No long-term safety signal
