Jeff Ryckman: OptiTROP-Lung04 Reports a New Overall Survival Benefit With Sac-TMT

Jeff Ryckman, Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology at WVU Medicine Camden Clark Medical Center, shared on X:

“Now an OS win for sac-TMT in EGFR-mutant NSCLC!

OptiTROP-Lung04 final OS (LBA67): sac-TMT vs platinum/pemetrexed after progression on an EGFR TKI.

mOS 25.9 vs 17.4 mo, HR 0.69.

The benefit held after adjusting for later ADC use in the chemo arm. No new safety signals.

Pairs with Lung06 below, in PD-L1-negative disease without a driver.”
