“What drives better HRQoL with nivolumab + cabozantinib in CheckMate 9ER?
This post-hoc mediation analysis shows that improvements in fatigue, pain, dyspnea, cough and emotional well-being explain an important part of the HRQoL benefit vs sunitinib.
Fatigue was the largest mediator: 24.0% for EQ-5D and 21.1% for FKSI-FWB. A nice example of moving beyond whether PROs improve to understanding why they improve.”
