“Is there truly any role for immune checkpoint inhibition with SBRT in early stage NSCLC? SWOG S1914, PACIFIC-4, KEYNOTE-867.
Maybe there is more to be done to optimally select patients or identify the right regimen. What are we missing?”
To which, Drew Moghanaki, Professor, Chief of Thoracic Oncology at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, added:
“I believe PACIFIC-4 is the last study in this chapter, randomizing patients to 2 years of monthly Durva infusions. We can ask Joe Y Chang to confirm if there’s another RCT of SBRT +/- systemic therapy for stage I NSCLC.”
