Deniz Tural: JNJ-6143 Shows Promising Early Activity in Heavily Pretreated mCRPC

Deniz Tural, Professor of Medical Oncology at the prestigious Koç University Hospital in Istanbul, shared on X:

“JNJ-6143 phase 1 results are impressive.

In heavily pretreated patients (median 6 prior therapies), confirmed PSA50/PSA90 rates were 71%/41%.

No AE-related dose reductions or discontinuations; 14 patients remain on treatment after a median 7.1-month follow-up.

PSA50 responses were also seen across high-risk subgroups, including AR-V7 and TP53/PTEN/RB1 alterations.

If confirmed in phase 3 and earlier-line studies, JNJ-6143 could become a strong contender in mCRPC.”
