“Re – Destiny-Lung04, Phase III of T-DXd vs Chemo in HER2-mutated NSCLC. Big news, although these results anticipated. Will it translate into improved overall survival?”
Quoting Masahiro Torasawa:
“Phase 3 DESTINY-Lung04 met its primary endpoint 1L T-DXd significantly improved PFS versus pembro + chemo in advanced HER2m-NSCLC. First P3 trial to show a HER2-directed therapy outperforming the global standard of care in this setting!”
