Despite PARPi and bevacizumab, outcomes remain poor in advanced HGSOC with poorly chemosensitive disease not amenable to complete cytoreduction:

  • The 2 red flags population.
    We propose a response-adapted first-line strategy: early identification of poor chemosensitivity during neoadjuvant chemotherapy, then selective intensification before maintenance.

This concept is now being tested prospectively in the phase 3 SALVOVAR and phase 1/2 RegeNovar trials .”
