1. Critical Reviews in Oncology/Hematology
Thrilled to have published our review, ‘How Relevant is pCR as an Endpoint in Rectal Cancer Clinical Trials’
The topic, suggested by Dr. Abhishek Basu during AROICON 2025, provided the impetus for this work.
Grateful to Dr Soumen Das and Dr Shilpi Acharya(Kundu) for their valuable inputs and to the reviewers for their encouraging feedback.
We proposed a conceptual framework incorporating ctDNA and mrTRG to inform future strategies in locally advanced rectal cancer-a truly collaborative effort.
